Raymond F. Grittman Prayer services will be tonight at 8 for Raymond Francis Grittman at Fuiten Mortuary Chapel in Forest Grove. Requiem Mass will be Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Edward's Catholic Church in North Plains with Father Wilfred Wyffles celebrant of the mass and Father Joseph Manik assisting. Committal prayers followed with interment will be in Visitation Cemetery in Verboort. Mr. Grittman was lost while on a hunting trip Nov. 3 in eastern Oregon near Weston. He was found Nov. 11 by his friend and hunting partner Mary Hatfield. He was born Oct. 11, 1942, in Hillsboro, the son of John and Louise Spiesschaert Grittman. He attended Cornelius Grade School and graduated from Jesuit High School. For the past nine years he has been employed by the Western Craft Corp. in Beaverton as a two-color flexo operator foreman. He was married May 12, 1973, in Tigard to Doris Irene Pflaum. He is survived by his widow, Doris of Hillsboro; six children, Elizabeth and Debbie Grittman, Levi Bachler, Mary Ann Grittman, Marie Bachler and Steve Grittman, all of Hillsboro; brother, Jerry Van Loo of Yamhill, and two sisters, Mrs. Burl (Deloris) Marshall of Forest Grove and Sharon Wright of Hillsboro.
