Donald Joseph Buyserie, 91, passed away Sept. 16, 2017, at Marquis Silver Gardens in Silverton.

He was born on Feb. 12, 1926, to Joseph and Esther Buyserie in Portland. He was one of three children. Don grew up in the St. Paul area, graduating from St. Paul Union High School. He married Clara Marie Baune on Nov. 25, 1950, in Woodburn, and together they had four children.

They farmed and lived in St. Paul for 60 years. Don enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and traveling. He was a lifetime member of St. Paul Catholic Church of St. Paul and an active member of the Knight of Columbus.

Don is preceded in death by his wife, Clara Buyserie. He is survived by children Linda (Jim) Noe of Carpinteria, California, Doug (Margaret) Buyserie of St. Paul, JoAnn (Dan) Keeley of St.

Paul and Calvin (Lisa) Buyserie of Silverton; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
