Mary Claire Bragg was born on April 30, 1967 in Portland, Oregon the daughter of the late William August and Mary Claire (Hayword) Lepschat. She lived in the Banks community until the age of 5 when they moved to the Portland community where she was raised and received her education having been a graduate with the Wilson High School Class of 1985. Following her graduation whe attended Portland State University for one year where she studied Business.

She was united in Marriage to Shaun F. Bragg on May 14, 1987 at the St. John Fisher Church in Portland. They celeprated their 29th wedding anniversary last May. Following their marriage they made their home in NE Portland for two years before building their own house in NE Portland; they resided there for 4 years until building their house in Gresham, where they have resided since.

Mary worked for Willamette Savings in Portland for four years and later for Standard Insurance in Portland in their accounting department. She later worked for Providence in Portland before staying home to raise heer children.

Among her special interest she enjoyed cooking, spending time with her chilfren and making crafts that she sold at various bazaars.

She is preceded in death by her partents William A. and Mary C. Lepschat and her brother, Jim Lepschat.

Survivors include her husband, Shaun F. Bragg, of Gresham, Oregon; her four children and a spouse, Brooke Bragg; Mitch and Holly Bragg; Dillan Bragg and Blake Wyatt Bragg, all of Gresham, Oregon and her brother and sister-in-law, John and Mary Lepschat, of Forest Grove, Oregon.

Also surviving is her grandson, Emmett Bragg, of Gresham, Oregon and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggest that remembrances may be contributions to the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97211, in her memory.
